Her journey continued through retirement homes, nursing homes, hospital and clinic and ultimately becoming a Registered Nurse. Charisse was a Dialysis RN, Hospice RN, also with experience in nursing home and hospital and currently works in psych hospital. She also received different awards and certification from where she worked. Charisse’s extensive background ensures that Charismatic Divine Care AFH provides exceptional care to each residents. We accept both Medicaid and private residents. The facility is situated in a safe and serene environment and proximity to hospitals and grocery stores.
