About Us:
Understandably, most seniors prefer to stay in the familiar comfort of their own homes. This is more doable than you may think. An Adult Family Home allows residents to live in a private home setting where they will find themselves in an intimate atmosphere filled with warm, loving, and nurturing care provided by our qualified and experienced staff.
OUR MISSION
New Option’s mission is to give our residents a place to call Home. Nothing will make someone blossom and be happy more than when surrounded by love and respect, especially in a home-like environment.
We provide services to no more than six residents for a more personalized level of care and to give you peace of mind while your loved one is under our care.
OUR STAFF
We believe that our residents' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire staff is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, we provide the care which promotes, maintains, and enhances respect for individuals and each person's dignity. All our caregivers have the following qualifications: First Aid and CPR Trained, Certified Nurse Assistant,
Mental Health Specialty, Dementia Specialty, Food Handling Permit & Criminal Inquiry Checks
KENT LOCATION
Enjoy the quiet tranquility of our Kent home, which offers private rooms and bathrooms equipped with roll-in showers. Our hidden gem provides residents with a peaceful and serene environment to call home. NOEC is located near the Senior Center of Kent and close to I-167.

We have one private room with full bathroom available at our Kent location, at 110 Kensington Ave S, Kent WA 98030.Rate range: $8,000 - $12,000, depending on the level of care; includes room and board, 24 hr supervision, medication administration, 3 meals a day and snacks, laundry, cleaning, activities.
