At J & H Blessed Home Care, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. We understand that each person's needs are unique, and we strive to create a customized care plan that meets those needs.

We offer 3 meals along with healthy snacks in between.

Laundry provided for all residents.

We celebrate every holidays birthdays etc at no extra cost.

We do 1-2 outings a year (Baseball or Zoo-depends on availability and transportation)

We provide individualized care for all clients with all different types of medical condition- example: foley care/suprapubic, ostomy, feeding tube, IV lines (as there is an RN on site at all times when needed), we monitor and allow smokers, wound care, TBI clients, cardiac care/stroke management etc. We specialize also in Dementia, Diabetes (glucose monitoring and insulin), Behavioral/Mental Health and DDA clients)

24-hour RN support and onsite as necessary/needed. RN has medical/healthcare experience since 2004.

RN is DSHS contracted nurse delegator.

Assistance with daily living and varieties of activities on a daily basis.

Medication management.

Bathing assist/need are met 

Housekeeping/cooking/gardening etc.

We support and work very closely with PT/OT/SN/ST/MD/Hospice and other ancillary services provided by outside professional that clients chose to work with

Podiatry care on site (every 6-8 weeks)

Hair/nail care services provided by caregivers (clients have options to go out with family)

1-2 caregiver for 5 clients (mostly 1 person assist-very personable care)

We take all Medicaid and Private Pay clients

Upon admission we discuss in details all services provided and if there is specialized care we strive to work with clients/families/POA/guardians to meet every needs in able for clients to continue lliving in a home setting environment!
