My husband has been at Gabriela’s Adult Family Home for over four years. When I initially interviewed several different locations, I picked Gabriela‘s as my favorite AFH even before I knew what the fee was going to be. It ended up that she was less expensive than the other two homes that I previewed. My husband has been very happy at Gabriela’s. He’s always telling me how much he likes her cooking. And Gabriella‘s AFH takes Medicaid if the need arises. Gabriela is excellent at keeping me informed on how my husband is doing by emails, text messages, and phone calls. I strongly recommend Gabriella and her staff at the Adult Family Home.

My dad had a stroke and required extensive care. I looked at a lot of facilities and had trouble finding a place that was able to provide the necessary care and had a caring environment. Luckily I found Gabriela’s. She really cares about the people in her facility. She goes above and beyond with the people in her care. It is a convenient location and is very clean. I am able to bring my family for visits and there is plenty of space. I highly recommend Gabriela’s.

If you are looking for a home for a loved one, this is the place to be! I looked at over 35 homes for my mom, this was the best! In this beautiful home, they are like family. It was very clean, no odors, with beautiful spaces for the residence to sit with visitors. We had to move in during COVID so it was challenging but Gabriela was in great communication with me and I had peace of mind leaving my mom. They would treat her like their own family, she was loved on and talked to, and they always make the residence feel welcomed. They cook delicious home made food with different preferences/restrictions for each residence! My mom was very happy here, she loved the caregivers.. When Gabriela would come in the room, my moms eyes would light up! She was non-verbal. I knew we had my mom in the right place! Turns out a friend of mine, who needed full time care, was able to get in to Gabriela's home too. I could go over visit my mom and my friend. The care in this home is consistent, loving and they really love what they do. It shows! I highly recommend!!

I moved my mom here a few months ago and everything is so good. It has such a homey feel and the care staff is so caring, like one big family. I've worked in the nursing home realm for 20+ years and I've seen my fair share of not very good care facilities. This is one of the best I've seen. I would highly recommend this Adult Family Home!

I would definitely give Gabriela’s Adult Family Home a five star rating! As both of our folks became increasingly less able to manage their care my sister and I searched for a place that would offer a sense of “home”, provide food they enjoyed, and have a feeling of gentleness and kindness. We felt we landed at the perfect place as soon as we met with Gabriela and toured her home. The home was always clean and there was never offensive odors enveloping one when entering the home. She questioned her guests at the beginning of their stays on what types of foods they liked or disliked. She made a point to prepare meals that the guests enjoyed. Guests were generally seated around a dining room table in family fashion for meals. She quickly became acquainted with the guests as a friend. The caregivers were kind, generous, and understanding. As our dad’s dementia worsened it was necessary to move him to a home with a higher level of care, Gabriela and the staff continued to work with dad until a home more suited to his changing needs had an opening. Our Mom continued to live at Gabriela’s for another 8 months until we found an opening in a care home in AZ where many of our family had moved. Gabriela and her staff helped make Mom’s big move to Arizona as peaceful as possible. My sister and brother-in-law worked with the staff at Gabriela’s to move Mom out one morning, flying with Mom to Arizona, and getting her into her new home by late that same evening. We thank God for directing us to another great Adult Care Home in Arizona. Mom had severely advanced dementia and passed away two months later. We always felt Gabriela and her staff took a very personal interest in their guests. There were numerous opportunities to watch movies together and to play several different board games or just to visit with a cup of tea or coffee. Guests birthdays were always celebrated. It truly was like a family living together. We always felt so blessed that we found her home at the time our folks were transitioning again to a higher level of care.

Gabriela’s Family Adult Home provided truly exceptional care for Craig. From the moment he moved in, it was clear he was in a safe, loving, and supportive environment. The staff treated him with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion every single day. They made sure he was always comfortable, clean, well-fed, and included — not just cared for, but cared about. The home itself is warm and welcoming, and their communication with our family brought us tremendous peace of mind. We always felt informed, supported, and reassured that Craig was receiving the best care possible. We are deeply grateful for everything Gabriela and her team did for him. Their kindness, professionalism, and big hearts made all the difference in his quality of life. I would highly recommend Gabriela’s Family Adult Home to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated like family.
