Andrew kitiyo have been in the field for 15 yrs moved from East coast due to extreme cold conditions where I and my wife had a gentleman who lived with whom we provided care

when we decided to move we had to ask the state to get him a new home unfortunately the gentleman refused and told the state that we are the only family he knew and wants to move too ,they had no choice but had to let him move with us after doing all the necessary paperwork 

when we got here we heard from a friend that someone can start a home since we have one person and that is what let into this field
