Crystal Falls is a piece of heaven in Edmonds, WA. Our home is surrounded by gardens in a park like setting with a wide variety of trees and our own pond with ducks. We offer wonderful loving care with owners living upstairs. You will feel immediately at home!

We would love to give you a tour of our home and park
located just 1 mile from downtown Edmonds, Washington and the Kingston Ferry.
Our home is a Washington Licensed adult family home that provides a caring and
loving environment for up to six residents. We have five private rooms and one
shared room designed for married couples or others that wish to share a room,
all featuring easy access to washrooms and handicapped accessible shower.
Professional Care
Our goal is to keep residents as independent as possible, both cognitively and physically, and we feel that an active, social and lively environment is the best way to meet resident’s care needs. The home is owned and operated by Tracy and Ayda Heims. Ayda has over 13 years’ experience working in the adult family home environment as a CNA. She has dealt with wonderful yet challenging clients her entire career and is an extremely loving, caring and compassionate individual.
Beautiful Setting
Our park like setting provides ample opportunities for strolls around our 1000 square foot deck, exercise at our fully covered outside workout center, walks along our creek as you enjoy the change of seasons, spectacular and peaceful views of our pond and local ducks as they play in the pond and raise their ducklings, and amazingly relaxing moments with our two crystal falls. Our home is immersed and is one with nature and provides many opportunities for our residents to connect to all of the wonders that our local environment offers.
