Cascades Adult Family Home offers a family-like environment with the highest standard of care for individuals that cannot live at home any longer. Cascades Adult Family home is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, situated between Bellevue and Issaquah, with an amazing view of Lake Sammamish and the Cascade Mountains.

 

We have over fifteen years of caregiving experience with qualifications in fundamentals of caregiving, alzheimer’s and dementia specialty, mental health, CPR and first aid, nurse delegation.

 

We provide care for seniors in need of, or who are diagnosed with a large range of illnesses such as: Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Strokes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetic Management, Rehabilitation, Cardiac Problems, Hospice, Incontinence.
