NobleCare is an Adult Family Home, licensed to care for seniors who need physical assistance due to a medical complication or age-related decline or frailty. Also, we provide care for residents who have cognitive impairment. The care we provide includes all activities of daily living (ADLs) such as assistance with dressing, toileting, mobility, eating as well as medication management all the way through to the resident's end of life.

The facility has a large open comfortable space where the kitchen overlooks the dining room, living room and activity areas.  The 6 private bedrooms enter directly onto this great room. Each of the bedrooms have a private bathroom. The home design allows the caregivers directly visualize and supervise the residents while in the kitchen cooking. The home has no stairs or steps, so that residents who are using a walker or wheelchair can freely move about all areas of the home.  The upstairs of the home is accessed by a separate entrance that has 2 bedroom/2 bath home fully equipped with kitchen, laundry room, living room used by live in caregivers. A certified caregiver(s) lives in the upstairs home to provide another layer of management, oversight, and supervision in the facility.

NobleCare has licensed caregivers working on day, evening, and night shift to provide supervision and care to our residents. The owner and/or the RN are around most of the day helping around, so that caregivers are not only able to meet all of the care needs of our residents, but also they will be able to spend time with residents visiting, doing activities, and attending to their individual needs. NobleCare has a fully awake night staff who is alert and awake to care for our residents through the nighttime. Also, the live-in caregiver who resides in the home is available to assist the nighttime caregiver in cases of an emergency or if unusual care need ever occur.

NobleCare charges an all-inclusive flat rate that does not increase as the resident needs more care under normal circumstances. Assessments and care plans updates and all nurse delegation services are provided by the RN free of charge.  Products such as incontinence products, gloves, wipes, hearing aid batteries, ensure supplements  is provided by NobleCare. Also, all meals and snacks, daily laundry, haircuts and nail care, medication management, activities, linens, and close supervision day and night are included. 

The monthly rate includes almost everything. We do not charge any extras; our goal is to provide you with the exact cost for your loved ones care. The only change to the monthly rate over time is it increases 3% per year.
