At Best Choice Eldercare LLC, we offer a caring environment for your loved ones.  We know that your loved ones deserve a place where they can feel loved, respected and to feel at home.  We are here to provide a high level of warmth and personal service in assisting your loved ones to live a full and dignified life.  We offer all of the luxuries and services of a retirement community combined with the care and medical attention that you would find in nursing facilities in the comfort of our home. 

Welcome Home

Our caregivers are fully licensed and certified, meeting all state requirements.  We have a dedicated staff that participates in continuing education on topics such as dementia, techniques in long-term caregiving and a providing mental and social stimulus.  We continue to strive for excellence in providing high quality care to every resident.  We value our relationship with your family and loved ones and welcome and encourage family involvement in all aspects of our resident's care.  You can be assured that your loved ones are receiving the highest quality care.      

Our Choice Staff

In addition to completing various health certifications and licensing requirements we well as his extensive experience in working with older adults in nursing homes, Raymond Franco, our Resident Manager, has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.  

Susan Franco, our Administrator is a Registered Nursing Assistant from HIghline College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science from St. Paul's University in Manila, Philippines.  

With their educational background, both Raymond and Susan are able to relate to different people from a variety of populations, both understand the complexities in dealing with issues in Alzheimer's and the developmentally disabled.
