Oasis of Tender care owners is a team of Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and a Reverend who encourages and lifts our client's spirits. We provide the best quality of care and remain honest to our clientele and their family members. We work diligently and directly with Physicians and follow their orders as given and if not clear the licensed nurses calls and clarifies the orders before they are implemented to avoid any medication errors. This is to enhance the quality of care and performance improvement. Our staff responds and acts accordingly in case of any client's changes in condition and/or emergencies, notifies the responsible parties and the physician. Our pharmacy services are reliable professionals who deliver medications timely per our requests.  We provide flexible menus and diets that match our client's needs, ranging from Pureed texture & thickened liquids, to regular consistency and maintains aspirations precautions to those who are at risk. We follow the expected standards of practice and Best practices.
